Job summary

ASM Global LLC is seeking a motivated food service associate to provide excellent service at events and concession stands. You will prepare and serve food, manage transactions, and follow recipes and safety standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months in a commercial kitchen; culinary school is a plus. Location is on-site with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive hourly pay of $19–$21.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow and execute approved recipes, while strictly adhering to SAVOR guidelines and production standards.

• Prepare, bake, and decorate dessert food products.
• Prepare beef, poultry, and seafood proteins, ensuring the proper storage and handling of raw foods.
• Stir and monitor stocks, sauces, and dressings.
• Properly test food product temperatures.

Position Overview

Providing excellent service to customers attending events or visiting concession stands. Ensuring a positive customer experience while managing transactions, preparing, and serving food and beverage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Measure ingredients and seasonings utilized during the preparation process.

Compensation

Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan. Range: $19-$21/hr.
