Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Complete all assigned prep work, set up cook station, and maintain product presentations, quality, and cook‑time standards.
• Prepare all menu items according to company recipes, plate presentations, and specifications.
• Set up equipment and verify stock.
• Clean equipment and maintain a clean work area.
• Prepare food items to specification while maintaining a clean work area.
• Good communication skills.
• Capability to lift 25‑70 pounds.
• Use knives, slicing and other food preparation equipment while standing and exert well‑paced mobility for periods of up to 10 hours.
