Job summary

Famous Dave's in Billings, Montana is seeking full-time or part-time line cooks, grill cooks and related back-of-house roles to join our high-volume kitchen family. You will follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and work AM and PM shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous Cook / Kitchen / Professional Culinary experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Follow recipes and portion controls.
• Work AM and PM shifts.
• Clean and stock for the following shift.
• Practice teamwork and guest focus.
