You'll prepare and cook menu items to recipe standards, maintain a clean workspace, operate grills and ovens safely, and collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver timely orders. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen, line cook, or food prep experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one upon hire.
