Job Summary

The Line Cook ensures the highest quality of culinary services for our Members and Guests, supporting a la carte and private event food production with consistent preparation and presentation.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with various tasks, working efficiently to meet business needs.
2. Set up and stock food items and supplies.
3. Maintain cleanliness and comply with sanitation standards, properly handling and storing food.
4. Perform inventory checks and document food storage.

About You

• Prior experience as a Cook.
• Knowledge of broiler, pantry, and sauté stations.
• Previous experience in a Country Club or Restaurant preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
