Job summary

Lutheran Home in Wauwatosa, WI is seeking a Regular Full-Time Cook to join our team at the campus. This role offers hours 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, with every other weekend and holiday; the facility is a skilled nursing long-term care and memory care community in the heart of Wauwatosa.

You will prepare meals according to menus, follow standardized recipes, and respect dietary needs while upholding sanitation and food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year cooking/food prep experience in LTC, assisted living, or hospital setting preferred.
• Must be able to lift, push, and move a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted.
• Enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a great work history.

Available hours for the position are:

10:00 AM - 6:30 PM including every other weekend and holiday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
