Cook - Lead 2nd Shift (Finance)

The Team Lead must be able to perform the essential skills of the production area they are leading.

The Team Lead follows all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and works in a manner consistent with all corporate, regulatory, quality, and sanitation requirements.

Educational/Experience Requirements:

• Minimum High school Diploma or Equivalency
• Leadership Experience
• Industry Experience

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform the essential skills of the production area they are leading
• Monitor/verify HACCP documentation
• Ensure all records are completed accurately
• Ensure all employees are following GMPs
• Work with maintenance to improve OEE
• Understand basic mechanical functions of machinery
• Ensure people and procedures are applied efficiently and effectively while achieving quality and safety standards
• Ensure team members follow manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirements
• Ensure the team is aware of day-to-day targets and responsibilities
• Promote high standards through personal example so that each team member understands expected behavior
• Communicate closely with plant manager on employee performance
• Report issues/problems to immediate supervisor
• Actively support team development
• Support and comply with all policies and procedures set by Park 100 Foods
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for long periods

• Working in varying environmental conditions: hot, cold, wet, and dry
