Essential Job Functions
  • Perform essential skills of the assigned production area
  • Monitor and verify HACCP documentation and ensure accuracy of records
  • Ensure GMP compliance and safety standards
  • Collaborate with maintenance to improve operational efficiency
  • Understand basic machinery functions
  • Lead by example, promote high standards, and communicate effectively with the team
  • Report performance and issues to supervisors
  • Support team development and adhere to company policies
  • Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
  • Stand for long periods and work in various environmental conditions
  • Push and pull weights over 50 lbs
  • Wear required PPE for safety and food safety
