Job summary

Scripps Health in La Jolla is seeking a full-time Cook to join our Food Service Team. The role supports patient meals, cafeteria service, and catering for events, with a varied shift including weekends as needed to meet department demand.

• Performs job functions to support food service operations: safe food handling, volume production, menu development/modification, meal assembly and portion control, inventory management and infection control/sanitation.

Job description

This is a full-time position, located at our Scripps Memorial campus in La Jolla, must be available to work a varied shift (start time will be dependent on the department's need) and varied schedule including weekends.
