Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (under 18 requires a work permit).
• Legal right to work in the United States and provide proof.
• Own reliable transportation and must arrive on time.
• Clear communication in the primary language of the work location.
• Positive, energetic attitude with the ability to stand and work on your feet for long shifts.
• Must be available on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks menu items according to Swensons recipes, temp standards and quality standards.
• Be punctual and flexible in maintaining hours of employment.
• Ensure that temperature, packaging, appearance and presentation meet standards.
• Provide quick and friendly service to customers and team members.
• Follow Swensons safety standards at all times.
• Promote Swensons core values and mission statement.
• Perform other duties including cleaning and cross-training as needed.
