Job summary

Swensons Drive-in Restaurants, LLC is seeking energetic crew members for our fast-paced shop. You will help prepare and serve menu items with care, maintain quality and safety standards, and provide friendly service to customers and teammates.

No prior experience required; we will teach you. Flexible schedules and weekly pay are offered, with opportunities for hourly raises within the first 30 days and career advancement across all locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old; under 18 requires a work permit.
• Legal right to work in the United States with proof.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to arrive on time.
• Must be able to clearly communicate in the primary language of the work location.
• Positive, energetic attitude with the ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks menu items per Swensons recipes, temps, and quality standards.
• Must be punctual and flexible in maintaining hours of employment.
• Ensures temperature, packaging, appearance, and service of all menu items meet standards.
• Provide quick, friendly service to customers and team members at all times.
• Follow Swensons safety standards at all times.
• Promote and adhere to Swensons core values and mission statement.
• Perform other job-related duties including cleaning tasks and cross training.
