Job summary

Altitude Trampoline Parks seeks a Cook to prepare and serve high-quality menu items in a clean and safe kitchen. You will follow Altitude’s recipes, maintain sanitation, and assist with inventory and restocking to support a guest-first experience.

The role requires being at least 16 years old, with knowledge of basic food safety. You must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand in a warm kitchen for extended periods, with weekend and holiday availability expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and serve food items in accordance with Altitude recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food preparation, storage areas, and kitchen equipment.
• Follow all food safety guidelines and local health regulations.
• Properly label, store, and rotate food to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the day.
• Assist with inventory management and communicate shortages or equipment issues to management.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Support other team members and contribute to a positive, energetic workplace.
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude toward guests and coworkers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
