Job summary

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort in Bonner, MT is seeking a Cook II to support food production across all kitchen stations. The role requires practical experience, ability to follow recipes, and maintain cleanliness and equipment knowledge.

Job description

A cook level II should have established practical food production or preparation experience. A cook II should be able to operate most kitchen equipment and kitchen utensils with minimal supervision. The Cook level II is responsible for maintaining food production, kitchen equipment and kitchen utensil knowledge. The position must be able to follow established recipes and menu guidelines. The position must be able to work in all assigned areas and assist other kitchen members with food production and preparation.The cook level II is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and kitchen equipment.
