The role is onsite, with responsibilities including monitoring temperatures, adhering to policies, and supervising kitchen staff during meal service.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years in institutional food service preferred.
• Serv Safe or similar food safety certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and prepare foods according to facility policies and approved menus.
• Monitor temperatures and safety, store and label items properly.
• Direct activities of staff assisting in meal preparation and serving.
