Cook III (Part-Time) - Hilton Motif Seattle (Finance)

The stylish Hilton Motif Seattle is seeking a talented Cook III! Located in Downtown Seattle, our hotel boasts an award-winning culture that our Team Members cherish. The hourly rate for this position is $27.50 - $28.00, based on experience and location.

This role requires a highly skilled cook with at least 2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate should have open availability, experience working all stations on the line, and a passion for culinary arts. Experience in fine dining, banquets, or hotel restaurants is a plus!

What will I be doing?

As a Cook III, you will prepare, maintain, and monitor quality control for hot food items, ensuring outstanding service and profitability. Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing and controlling quality of hot food items such as meats, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, and seasonings
• Following designated recipes and quality standards
• Preparing guest orders efficiently and courteously
• Maintaining cleanliness and food sanitation standards
• Inspecting all food sent from the kitchen for presentation and cleanliness
• Handling and storing food according to regulations
