What will I be doing?

As a Cook III, you will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and monitoring quality control for hot food items, contributing to the hotel's goal of delivering outstanding service and financial profitability. Your tasks will include:

  • Preparing, maintaining, and monitoring quality control for hot food items such as meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, and seasonings
  • Preparing food according to recipes and standards
  • Serving guest orders in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
  • Maintaining cleanliness and food sanitation standards
  • Inspecting all food sent from the kitchen to ensure quality and presentation
  • Following proper food handling and storage procedures in compliance with regulations
