THE JOB:

As a Cook II in our TAP restaurant, you play a key role in bringing the flavor to our game-day experience! We will prepare crowd-pleasing dishes like savory wings, house nachos, and our classic TAP burger that reflect our commitment to excellence. Collaborating seamlessly with front-of-house staff, you'll help deliver memorable moments that leave a lasting impression long after the final touchdown is scored.

THE STARTING RATE:$19.54

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Show your culinary passion by crafting various menu items while following set recipes and standards

  • Plate meals or other food items in accordance with plate presentation specifications

  • Consistently maintain proper stocking, cleanliness, and sanitation of back-of-house areas

  • Work in an ala carte setting with the ability to monitor and control ticket flow and continuity of service

  • Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling procedures


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

  • One year food production experience preferred

  • Two years experience in a similar resort setting preferred

  • Has strong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniques

  • Can maintain knowledge of menu items
