• Ability to follow recipes and calculate measurements for large quantities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals per planned menus and recipes.
• Supervise food service staff and Work-Based Learning students during shifts.
• Maintain clean, sanitary kitchen, dining and prep areas and report issues to management.
• Provide quality customer service and positive interactions with students.
