Qualifications

• Previous Cook experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook with proper temperatures and hold times; maintain safety checklists and cooling charts.
• Act as quality assurance inspector; ensure high quality food.
• Label, date and rotate food; follow FIFO and day-dot procedures.
• Follow recipes and portion control for each unit’s menu.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist guests with questions about park layout or menu items.
