What will I be doing?

As a Cook, your responsibilities include preparing hot and cold food items to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure profitability. Your tasks include:

• Preparing salads, fruits, dressings, fish, appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, and sides according to recipes and standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and food sanitation standards
• Managing guest orders efficiently and courteously
• Knowing the menu and food products thoroughly
• Stocking and maintaining food stations
• Inspecting all food sent from the kitchen visually
• Practicing proper food handling and storage procedures as per regulations
