Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; related culinary education welcomed.
• Demonstrates effective skills in food preparation, storage and presentation.
• Ability to read and expand recipes; understands inventory, ordering and rotation systems.
• Ability to work under time pressure, frequent interruptions and noise.
