Cook II - Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort (Finance)

The Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is seeking a talented Cook II with at least 1 year of casual or fine dining experience, a passion for cooking, and open availability. This is a full-time position with variable shifts based on business needs.

A Cook II is responsible for preparing cold food items to support the hotel’s guest service and profitability goals.

What will I be doing?

As a Cook II, your responsibilities include:

1. Preparing cold food items such as salads, fruits, dressings, fish, and appetizers according to recipes and standards.
2. Maintaining cleanliness and food sanitation standards.
3. Managing guest orders efficiently and courteously.
4. Maintaining knowledge of menu items and food products.
5. Stocking and maintaining food stations.
6. Inspecting all food sent from the kitchen.
7. Following proper food handling and storage procedures per regulations.

The hourly wage is $20.
