Food For Thought in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Cook II to join our kitchen team. You will prepare menu items according to FFT standards, assist with opening and closing tasks, and maintain a clean, organized station.
This role requires at least 2 years in culinary and prep, ability to read menus, knife skills, recipe math, and a valid Food Handler or Food Service Manager certificate. Hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

As one of our Food For Thought Cooks, you will prepare all products in accordance to FFT standards or as specified by the Chef (Prep Lists: Wet pack, Dry Pack, Cold Garnish, Cold HDV).
You will complete all opening and closing tasks, complete prep lists in allotted time frame, while working efficiently and maintaining a clean orderly station.
