This resort holds 1,000 stunning rooms, offering multiple food and beverage options to our guests, featuring artfully crafted cuisine from scratch – delivering an unforgettable experience and elevated experience\.

The ideal candidate is a dedicated and collaborative culinary professional with a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for the culinary arts\. A minimum of 1–2 years of line cook experience in a high\-volume kitchen, along with experience in hotel settings, is preferred but not required\. A solid understanding of safe cooking temperatures is essential\. This entry\-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are flexible, eager to learn, and committed to growing within a fast\-paced, team\-oriented environment\.

**Shift Pattern:** AM and PM Shifts/ Full availability is needed including weekends and holidays

**Pay Rate:** $20\.80 per hour

**What will I be doing?**

As a Cook II, you would be responsible for preparing cold food items in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability\. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

+ Prepare cold food items including, but not limited to, salads, fruits, dressings, fish items and appetizers, according to designated recipes and quality standards
+ Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
+ Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
+ Ensure knowledge of menu and food products
+ Stock and maintain designated food stations\(s\)
+ Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
+ Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
