Job summary

Columbia Hospitality's McCormick Woods Golf Club in Port Orchard, WA seeks a Line Cook II to create menu magic and support our culinary team. You will read and interpret recipes, prep daily requirements, and help ensure the quality and consistency of all food items.

This role rewards hands-on cooks with opportunities to advance, a competitive hourly rate, and benefits. Must have experience, state food handler license, and knife skills to deliver timely guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience required.
• Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s).
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence and memos.
• Must possess knife skills, the ability to adjust preparations for flavor, and accommodate customer’s needs in a timely manner.

Create menu magic and make hungry people happy. Showcase your skills by providing daily preparation requirements while working together with the culinary team to ensure quality and constancy of food items. Line Cook II is responsible for reading and interpreting recipes, conducting inventory and adhering to standards for sanitation and safe food handling procedures.
