Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas is seeking a Station Cook II to join our Food & Beverage team on a part-time schedule. You will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner per guest orders from all outlets, delivering quality dishes in line with production requirements.

In this role you will maintain a safe, sanitary kitchen environment and contribute to a renowned luxury dining experience that delights guests and supports our award-winning resort on the Las Vegas Strip.

About the role

The Station Cook II is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. From a fluffy omelet at three in the morning to an elaborate banquet, our kitchens are always in overdrive, meeting the demands of all of the hotel’s Food and Beverage operations.
