Join us as a Cook I at the newly opened Conrad Orlando, part of Hilton's luxury portfolio. Be part of a legacy in 2024, working with a team that becomes family. Located on the 1,100-acre Evermore Orlando Resort, bordering Walt Disney World, the hotel features 433 rooms, multiple dining outlets, and extensive amenities.

Classification: { Full-Time }

Shift: Various – must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

As a Cook I, your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing cold food items such as salads, fruits, dressings, fish, and appetizers according to recipes and standards.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and food sanitation standards.
  • Managing guest orders efficiently and courteously.
  • Knowing the menu and food products thoroughly.
  • Stocking and maintaining food stations.
  • Inspecting all food sent from the kitchen for quality.
  • Following proper food handling and storage procedures per regulations.
