Conrad Indianapolis is seeking a Cook I to join the culinary team. This is a great opportunity to develop your career within a Fortune 500 company and a luxury brand.

As the city's first luxury hotel and the only Forbes-recommended hotel in the state, this 23-story hotel features 241 rooms, 15,000 sq ft of banquet space, and three food and beverage outlets: The Capital Grille, Tastings - Wine Bar & Bistro, and in-room dining.

Shift: Various shifts; must be available on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare food items according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards
  • Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely manner
  • Know menu items and ingredients
  • Stock and maintain food stations
  • Inspect all food sent from the kitchen
  • Follow proper food handling and storage regulations
  • Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items
