• Shift: Various – availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays required.

Responsibilities:

As a Cook, you will prepare food according to recipes and standards, ensuring excellent service and profitability. Your tasks include:

• Preparing food as per designated recipes and quality standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and food sanitation standards
• Managing guest orders efficiently and courteously
• Having thorough knowledge of menu and food products
• Stocking and maintaining food stations
• Inspecting all food sent from the kitchen visually
• Handling and storing food properly according to regulations
• Preparing requisitions for supplies and ingredients
