Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years related work experience preferred.
• Basic operation of kitchen equipment and food-handling procedures.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good working knowledge of food preparation.
• Must read and follow recipes unsupervised.

Aufgaben

• Prepare hot and cold foods according to current standards, recipes, and guidelines.
• Follow recipes and product directions for preparation, cooking, and serving.
• Estimate food requirements, check production, and keep records to plan production and requisition supplies.
• Significant walking or mobility required.
• Stand for extended periods, potentially longer than 8 hours.
• Lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Attend shifts on time; perform other duties as needed.
