Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Rio Rancho, NM seeks a Cook I at Rust Medical Center. You will prepare hot and cold food items, support menu cycles, and help with bulk production for multiple departments.

• Responsible for preliminary preparation of food items for next day as indicated by menu cycle.
• Ability to read production tickets.
• Assists with routine cleaning and sanitation of areas.
• Assists with serving food items as indicated by established workflow.
• Must demonstrate competency in knife skills.
• Must demonstrate competency in food service safety practices and procedures, and temperature control.
• Assists with other duties as needed.

Prepare hot food items for all areas of the department. Prepare food for cold prep, grab and go, and bulk production.

Prep food items as needed for menu cycles.
