This position involves preparing and portioning food for the resort’s outlets, including sautéing, frying, and prepping hot and cold line items. Candidates should be able to handle knives and operate kitchen equipment safely, work in a fast-paced environment, and assume control of the kitchen in the absence of a Sous Chef. The role includes training new cooks and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Multiple positions available. Salary: $27,373.
