- Serve safe food handlers preferred, but not required.
- English language proficiency.

- Preparing a variety of dishes from scratch, including accompaniments and garnishes.
- Adhering to food safety and quality guidelines.
- Working across different dining areas as needed.
- Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of preparation techniques for all dining settings.
- Planning and organizing daily food production to ensure timely service.
- Maintaining proper portioning, plating, and presentation standards.
