The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a line cook. Previous hotel, banquet, and fine dining experience is a plus. Must be available to work weekend mornings and as needed during the week.
A Cook is responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards, contributing to the hotel's effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.
As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food according to recipes and standards, maintaining cleanliness, managing guest orders, ensuring knowledge of the menu, stocking food stations, inspecting food sent from the kitchen, practicing proper food handling, and preparing requisitions for supplies. The pay rate for this position is $20.00 - $25 per hour.
