Banquet Server (On Call) - Hilton Irvine/Orange County Airport (Finance)

The beautiful Hilton Irvine/Orange County Airport is looking to add on-call Banquet Servers to their events team! Here you will enjoy great perks such as complimentary shift meal and parking, and our great travel discounts for you and your family worldwide at Hilton Hotels!

Shift Pattern: You will provide your weekly availability, with shifts dependent on events and seniority scheduling. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability is strongly preferred.

Hourly Rate: $16.50 plus tip pool

What will I be doing?

As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for delivering and serving food and beverages to guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner, ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specific tasks include:

• Setting banquet tables to meet function specifications.
• Delivering and serving food and beverages, including meals, condiments, and accompaniments.
• Maintaining menu knowledge.
• Removing china, glassware, silverware, etc., from tables at the end of the meal and delivering to the stewarding area.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Assisting team members and other departments to maintain positive working relationships.
• Performing side work such as cleaning, stocking, and folding silverware.
