Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe in Highlands Ranch, Colorado is seeking team members to prepare fresh Mediterranean-inspired food daily. Responsibilities

• Preparing fresh food items daily and accurately
• Set up and stocking of stations with all necessary supplies
• Menu and product knowledge
• Managing orders efficiently
• Preparing catering orders
• Proper food handling and storage of food products
• Maintaining proper hygiene, uniform, and appearance
• Maintaining health department standards throughout each shift
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen, dish, and prep areas
• Performing shift-side work to include opening and closing dutiesCompleting all course certifications for Kitchen Team Members in our training platform

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age

All Employees Must

• Understand and abide by all company standards and policies (provided in your handbook)
• Obtain a Food Handler’s card shortly after beginning employment

Your Working Conditions / Hours

• Morning shift - 8am - 4pm
• Evenings - 4pm - 10pm
• Weekends - when applicable
• Holidays - when applicable (always CLOSED Thanksgiving & Christmas!)

Hours will vary by store. You'll work in a typical restaurant kitchen environment which includes but is not limited to using equipment such as a flattop and char grill, oven, slicer, mixer and food processor.
