Job summary

A fast-casual restaurant brand in Highlands Ranch is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to prepare fresh food items, ensure health standards, and manage orders efficiently. The ideal candidate is reliable, has strong communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, and no prior experience is necessary. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experienced preferred but not required - we will train you!
• Ability to operate all necessary kitchen equipment.
• Understanding and abidance by company standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparing fresh food items daily and accurately
• Set up and stocking of stations with all necessary supplies
• Menu and product knowledge
• Managing orders efficiently
• Preparing catering orders
• Proper food handling and storage of food products
• Maintaining proper hygiene, uniform, and appearance
• Maintaining health department standards throughout each shift
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen, dish, and prep areas
• Performing shift-side work to include opening and closing duties
• Completing all course certifications for Kitchen Team Members in our training platform

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experienced preferred but not required - we will train you!

Your Working Conditions/ Hours

A typical work day at Taziki’s may look like:

• Morning shift - 8am - 4pm
• Evenings - 4pm - 10pm
• Weekends - when applicable
• Holidays - when applicable (always CLOSED Thanksgiving & Christmas!)
• *Hours will vary by store.

You'll work in a typical restaurant kitchen environment which includes but is not limited to using equipment such as a flattop and char grill, oven, slicer, mixer and food processor.
