Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.

• Maintains cleanliness and safety throughout the kitchen; follows safe food-handling procedures.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required; assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies.
• Reports needed maintenance or equipment issues to supervisor promptly.
