Qualifications

• 2+ years of cooking experience and food preparation responsibilities.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safe food handling.
• Ability to present foods attractively and efficiently.
• Familiarity with general kitchen equipment and appliances.
• Proactive work ethic and high energy in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Please customers by providing a pleasant dining experience.
• Assemble, combine, and cook ingredients.
• Maintain a sanitary kitchen.
• Attend to the detail and presentation of each order.
• Prepare ingredients by following recipes and techniques.
• Complete hot meal preparation and chill/freeze items as needed.
• Adhere to proper food handling and safety procedures.
• Maintain dating, labeling, and rotation of all food items.
• Contribute to daily, holiday, and theme menus with the team.
