Be a part of the Temp-Stop Family

Temp-Stop, established in 1998, has grown to 10 Convenience Store locations and 2 Liquor Stores. WE WANT YOU TO JOIN OUR FAMILY!

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour for a store associate. Experienced candidates may start at a higher rate.

Additional earning opportunities include:

• $.50 extra per hour from midnight to 6 a.m. (see company policy upon accepting the position)
• Performance reviews as early as 90 days, with annual reviews thereafter
• Health insurance available within 90 days of employment
• Vacation pay, overtime pay over 40 hours, annual bonus based on store profits, holiday overtime pay

Job Duties: CHAMPS CHICKEN

• Prepare all food items as directed, maintaining sanitation and timeliness
• Follow recipes and presentation standards
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station and equipment
• Restock items as needed during shifts
• Comply with sanitation and food production codes

Pay frequency: Bi-weekly or twice monthly

Additional Opportunities: Cashier

The cashier role involves providing friendly, professional customer service and maintaining store appearance. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Customer service
• Operating cash register, handling cash, lottery tickets, and cash cards
• Completing shift reports
• Cleaning the store (windows, floors, bathrooms, trash)
• Stocking shelves and coolers
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Receiving and checking product deliveries
• Yard maintenance (sweeping, shoveling, painting, gas well checks)
• Performing other tasks as assigned by management
• Communicating effectively with staff and customers
• Accurately completing paperwork
• Wearing the required uniform
• Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Reliable transportation required
• Attendance at mandatory meetings (e.g., T.A.M., sexual harassment training)

Physical Requirements

• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting 1-15 lbs
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reaching above shoulder and bending below waist
• Access to all store areas
• Ability to move quickly around the store
