Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and production schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery while ensuring correct portions and temperatures.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Stores or disposes of excess food per safe handling procedures and maintains organized storerooms.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Reports maintenance issues or equipment faults to the supervisor immediately.
• Follows HACCP standards and safeguards food presentation and temperature.
