Responsabilidades

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery while ensuring correct portioning and temperatures.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and stock, stores items per standards, and assists in inventory.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed and reports maintenance needs.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of foods and supplies as required.
• Adheres to HACCP standards and safety guidelines at all times.
