Responsibilities

• Prepares food according to Chef's daily production schedule.
• Prepares items on production sheets following recipes and quantities.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste logs.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items per policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items with short preparation time.
• Serves customers efficiently and with a friendly manner.
