Cooks are directly responsible for creating great guest experiences by consistently serving quality food in a timely manner. Duties And Responsibilities

The individual in this position is expected to:

• Complete all training requirements including the Zaxby's Back of House Development Plan, hands-on stations training, and any additional training required by Zax LLC.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests.
• Maintain awareness of current promotions and enthusiastically represent the Zaxby's brand.
• Assist with guest service and front of house operations.
• Prepare menu items according to company standards, ensuring safety and sanitation.
• Operate food preparation equipment safely.
• Maintain product levels and prepare food items according to standards.
• Accurately assemble and package guest orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and storage areas.
• Assist with inventory management and stock incoming deliveries.
• Follow food safety guidelines for storing food items.
• Complete tasks with urgency, work safely, and follow safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
