Job Summary

Prepares food per standards, ensuring quality and safety. Maintains cleanliness and follows all safety standards including HACCP.

Essential Duties

1. Prepare high-quality food following recipes and schedules.
2. Serve or prepare meals with proper portioning and temperature.
3. Follow ticket procedures and maintain records.
4. Clean kitchen areas, store excess food safely.
5. Maintain refrigerator and storeroom cleanliness.
6. Operate kitchen equipment safely.
7. Assist in planning, ordering, and reporting.
8. Report maintenance issues immediately.
9. Attend safety meetings.
10. Maintain positive relationships with team and customers.
11. Follow all safety policies, including proper handling of knives, hot pans, and slip-resistant shoes.
