We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time COOK positions.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food according to recipes and instructions.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and attractiveness. Tastes all food items.
• Uses established ticket procedures during service and maintains records.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintains high cleanliness standards.
• Stores or discards excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
• Assists in planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues immediately.
• Attends safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintains good relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Performs job safely, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and temperatures following HACCP standards.
• Prioritizes safety and adheres to policies, including safe handling of knives and hot equipment.
