We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time COOK positions.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food following recipes and schedules.
• Serves meals, ensuring correct portions, temperatures, and presentation. Tastes all food.
• Uses ticket procedures during service; maintains records.
• Maintains cleanliness, stores or discards excess food safely.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms tidy, stores items properly.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
• Assists with planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues immediately.
• Attends safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintains good relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Follows safety standards including HACCP standards and proper use of gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and lifting techniques.
