Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to federal, state, and corporate standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality food service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items per recipes and instructions to meet production and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Uses established procedures during service and maintains records.
• Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen and stores excess food safely.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
• Attends safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintains good relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Follows safety standards, including HACCP compliance, and company policies on safety equipment and techniques.
