• Location: HearthStone Lodge - 11490 Black Falcon Drive, Auburn, CA 95602.
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time; days and hours may vary, weekends required. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior line cook experience required.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food following federal, state, and corporate standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares high-quality food according to recipes and instructions to meet schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Uses ticket procedures during service and maintains records.
• Cleans kitchen after use, stores or discards excess food properly.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
• Attends safety meetings and maintains good relationships with staff and customers.
• Follows HACCP standards for presentation, portion control, and temperatures.
• Adheres to all safety policies, including the use of protective gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
