• Location: HearthStone Lodge - 11490 Black Falcon Drive, Auburn, CA 95602
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time; days and hours may vary; weekends required. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior line cook experience required.

• Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality food service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items following standardized recipes and instructions.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Uses established procedures during service; responsible for records from work area.
• Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen, stores or discards excess food safely.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues immediately.
• Attends safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintains good relationships with coworkers and clients.
• Performs job safely, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Follows HACCP standards for presentation and temperature control.
• Uses proper safety equipment and techniques as per policies.
